Better than Gatarade - homemade electrolyte solution

Better than Gatarade electrolyte recipe:

• no salt-salt (potassium chloride) - 1/8   teaspoon
• sea salt (sodium chloride) - 1/8 teaspoon
• 1/2  cup juice
• 1 L purified water
• Magnesium bysglycinate (200mg - optional) 

Mix altogether and drink during periods of excessive sweat / dehydration.
