Diet is a huge component of health and healing. Some even say it contributes to 95% of health. Although I don't know if I agree with this entirely it does contribute to a large degree whether someone gets better or worse. Some foods are very therapueitic while others can be equated to as toxic.

This consult is great for pregnant mom's, but the prinicples taught are life long and can be applied to the entire family. It includes research studies showing links between diet and nutrition and its influence on birth and the developing baby.
It also includes a section on mineral and vitamin needs during pregnancy as well as the numerous benefits and risk reductions. It is good at any time during pregnancy, but best at the start. |
