This was a great talk I came across from medical doctor Ken D Berry.
The highlights include: -Vitamin D is one of the most highly overlooked deficiencies in the northern hemisphere. -D3 is ore absorbable than D2 (both are fat soluble and should be taken with healthy fats / oils). -Doses range from 2000-10,000IU / day. -No one has ever overdosed from vitamin D. -Testing should be done 2-3x /year. -Optimal levels need to be > 50nmol/L to notice achieve benefits. Thanks Dr Berry for the lecture - I completely agree with everything you say. Vitamin D / magnesium deficiencies are one of the biggest issues affecting our populations health and wellness today!
