It has been proven that being out in nature has numerous health benefits. From increased dopamine, endorphins, and immune fighting cells to decreased cortisol, blood pressure, and depression - there is no wonder why getting outside is so beneficial to our mind and body.
I am looking into putting together a women's hiking group - if you love nature and need an excuse to get on the mountain let me know!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PACK
H I K I N G C H E C K L I S T:
- Lunch
- Water
- Sunscreen
- Snacks
- Layers of clothing
- Extra socks (just in case)
- A light pack
- Camera
- Medication (if necessary)
- Comfy shoes
We can go anywhere...
