A C U P U N C T U R E   ​

Acupuncture is a powerful healing modality used to treat a host of different conditions from pain, to fertility digestion, stress, and sleep.
Healing occurs ​as the needles are gentle tapped into the bodies fascia,  a network of connective tissue distributing throughout the entire body.  As the needles are inserted into the body the brain releases endorphins and encourages the flow of blood.  Cupping is also available and a great way to encourage the movement of blood and release fascia.  
  

M A S S A G E  

The massage I offer has elements of cupping, percussion, reflexology, mobilizations, and effleurage.   Benefits of massage:

• reduction of stress hormones
• stimulation of the lymphatic system
