Ingredients: Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Lobelia (Lobelia inflate), Coltsfoot (Tussilao farfara) & Mullein leaf (Verbascum thapsum). Horsetail is trophorestorative to the lungs meaning that it will slowly help the lungs restore their normal function. Colstfoot and Mullein are demulcents meaning they soothe irritated lungs and are expectorants meaning they help with cough. The Lobelia is the most effective herb in helping to relieve spams within the lung bronchioles.
