Diet & Symptom Weekly Tracker
Before attending the workshop, it's helpful to track your diet for a few days to a couple of weeks. This will give you valuable insights into your eating patterns, cravings, and any symptoms that result. Additionally, calculating the nutrients you're consuming over a week can help identify any imbalances - what you're getting too much of and what you're lacking.
