I plan to host a 3 - 5 day water fasts  (juice / broth optional) followed by 3 days of food introduction.  It will include daily check-ins, meditation, yoga,  & health lectures on how to fast safely so you can do it at home on your own,  how to reverse disease, how to get better sleep, and most important how to eat healthy with all plant based meals.
